Hiring Process

Job Search

To start the hiring process, you can begin by searching for a job opening that piques your interest. You can narrow down your search by job department, team, location, type, experience or even by using specific keywords related to the job you’re looking for.

Applying at Vehom

After you’ve submitted your job application, one of our recruiters will carefully review your qualifications and experience to assess if you’re a suitable candidate for the position. If it appears that you could be a potential match, a recruiter will reach out to you. During this contact, they will inquire about your background, answer any questions you might have about our hiring process, and provide insights into what it’s like to work at Vehom.

Phone Interview

The phone interview is the next step in the process. If your skills align with the job requirements, this interview will focus on evaluating your technical skills and proficiency. Its aim is to determine whether you should proceed to in-person interviews.

Usually, a professional with a similar role will conduct the phone interview, which typically lasts around 25 minutes.

Online Interview

The online interview is a crucial part of our evaluation process, especially for technical roles. It’s designed to assess your core digital marketing skills, including search engine optimization (SEO), ads management, analytics, social media management, knowledge of digital marketing tools, and analytical thinking abilities. During the online interview, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with various engineers from different teams, providing you with a comprehensive view of Vehom Digital Marketing Agency.

These interviewers will pose questions related to your area of expertise and ask you to solve them in real-time. For business and general positions, our interview process is more focused on evaluating your problem-solving and behavioral skills. It’s important to note that there’s no absolute right or wrong answer – we’re more interested in the problem-solving process you use, and creativity plays a crucial role in this evaluation.

Hire By Committee

At Vehom, almost every candidate talks to at least 4 interviewers, including managers and potential coworkers. We value everyone’s thoughts, making sure our hiring process is fair and maintains high standards even as we grow. It might take more time, but we think it’s worth it.

When you hire great people and involve them in the hiring process, you’ll get more great people. We started doing this from the beginning, and it’s been a big success.

What Happens Next

After your interviews, we’ll evaluate if you’re a good fit for the job. We approach hiring with great care and prefer to make decisions based on a consensus. As a result, it might take up to 2 weeks for us to reach a final decision about inviting you to join our team.
