Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry.
- Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Understanding of digital marketing industry trends.
- Proven success in recruiting for diverse positions within a fast-paced environment.
