About the Job

Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and a thirst for learning? We’re seeking a bright and enthusiastic Sales Representative Intern to join our dynamic team! This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing sales. You’ll be involved in every step of the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to supporting our sales team with presentations and proposals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Only United States citizens.
  • Enrolled in a university program (or recent graduate) related to marketing, business, communication, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and persuasiveness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.
  • A genuine passion for learning and a desire to grow within the digital marketing industry.
  • Available for a 12-month remote internship. (Flexible quit available)
  • Minimum 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and basic marketing terminology.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect research techniques.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in B2B sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Closing sales leads.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients to identify their needs, challenges and pain points.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit for Vehom’s services.
  • Update customer relationship management (CRM) system with lead information and track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing sales.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
